Stacy Silber is a land use attorney at Lerch, Early & Brewer who secures approvals for national retailers, shopping center and mixed use developers seeking to build or expand on existing or redeveloped sites. Stacy has also had a particular focus on retail pad site developments. She represents a number of quick service, fast casual, and upscale casual restaurants, as well as gas stations, pharmacies and banks. Her clients include CVS, Starbucks, Chick-fi-A, MUY!
