Lerch, Early & Brewer, a full-service commercial law firm in Bethesda, Maryland, is seeking an attorney with 3-5 years of real estate transactions experience to support our growing Commercial Real Estate practice.

As a mid-level associate attorney, you would work alongside experienced and highly skilled senior attorneys representing real estate developers and investors in all aspects of commercial real estate acquisitions, development, sales, leasing and finance. Qualified candidates will have experience drafting purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, development agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, condominium documents, and similar documents at a private law firm.

Lerch Early is committed to developing associate attorneys through mentoring and training. You will experience significant client contact and learn to develop strong client relationships as well as strong business development skills. Candidates with strong ties to the community preferred.

Excellent writing and analytical skills are required. Candidates must be licensed in Maryland, the District of Columbia or Virginia and must enjoy practice and client development in a team environment. Regional experience is preferred but not required.
