creating desirable communities

Lerch Early’s community association attorneys are experienced at drafting, negotiating, and reviewing all types of community association contracts, including contracts for landscaping, snow removal, towing, security, paving, construction, and association management, as well as employment contracts.

Depending on the scope and size of contract, we recommend having contract language reviewed by your association’s counsel. However, with a number of common service contracts, counsel can prepare a form addendum that contains certain basic required terms, such as indemnification, insurance, payment, and termination.  Even if a form addendum is used, it remains important to review contracts to ensure that unfavorable terms are not included, such as the contractor seeking to limit its liability.
