Promark Development Wins Approval for Pearl Street Redevelopment

Promark Real Estate Services recently received sketch plan approval for redevelopment of a parking lot in Bethesda’s Pearl District.  The mixed use project at the corner of Pearl Street and Montgomery Avenue will include residential and ground floor uses.

Land use attorney Pat Harris, who represents Promark, told Bethesda Magazine that part of Bethesda had been “somewhat overlooked so far,” saying “we’re excited that this project will somewhat jump-start this portion of the redevelopment of Bethesda.” For the full article visit “First Redevelopment Project for Bethesda’s Pearl District Wins Initial Approval.
